Some might say that food is the perfect subject: It never gives an awkward smile and there is an instant connection with the viewer. Food shots are challenging in their own way, however. A poorly executed shot of even the most delectable dish can turn it into an unappetizing pile.
I've tried hard to portray the food cooked by myself and others in the most delicious light.
