Question: Why can't I send my phone number or email address in a message to the photographer?
Answer:
For privacy reasons we do not allow the exchange of user's contact information through Snapm until a job is booked. Instead, we provide a secure mailbox which hides your contact information from the photographer.
You can message the photographers through the "Send a Message" feature on their profiles in order to settle on availability and terms of a booking, and after a booking offer is accepted by the photographer, Snapm will provide both parties with one another's contact information.
