Question: Why can't I list my contact information or web site in my profile?
Answer:
As a business Snapm offers free tools and promotion to photographers, and in exchange insist that any jobs resulting from Snapm be booked through Snapm. As a consequence of this, it is against the site's terms of use to post your phone number, email address, or link to an outside portfolio site on your Snapm profile. Users can message you through Snapm, and if they book you for a job, then contact information will be exchanged.
In the future it is possible Snapm will launch a pro version which will allow photographers to link to their outside professional photography portfolios and display contact information. If you would like to test this feature then please email help@snapm.com.
